All our prices are already inclusive of VAT.
A delivery fee of R60 will be added on during checkout.
We deliver from 8am to 8pm during the week and 8am to 5pm on weekends. We can cater for special time requests at an additional charge of R100.
Deliveries cannot be left at the door, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure there is someone at the delivery address.
If upon delivery you are not 100% satisfied with your gift, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the gift.
We can only replace a gift if it was damaged in the care of our drivers.
Unfortunately we cannot change a gift if the recipient doesn’t like it.
If a gift has left our warehouse and you decide to cancel your order, you will forfeit 50% of the purchase price as well as 50% of the delivery charge.
